LIVING AREA:
The living area is a gorgeous space that is beautifully decorated and provides two comfortable sofas and smart TV with a full Sky Glass Package including Sky Sports & Sky Movies, making it a great place to relax with family and friends. There is also a smart TV with the full Sky Glass package in the main bedroom!

GAMES ROOM:
There is a room with a pool table, a bluetooth vinyl player with a selection of vinyls as well as a projector which provides great entertainment and is a great space to unwind.

POOL:
The pool is a fully private area just for our guests which has a selection of inflatables and is a great place to relax or have some fun with family and friends.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool is OPEN from April - October each year and will be closed during the winter periods.

KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is a well designed space that has everything you need to prepare meals with family or friends. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There is also a stunning dining room with space for 6 guests.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are two bathrooms located upstairs. The main bathroom is a modern space which offers a bath with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom provides a stunning shower with a toilet and a sink.

POOL SAFETY GUIDELINES
Your safety is important to us—please read before using the pool:

No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.

No diving or running.

Children must be closely supervised at all times (touch supervision is recommended).

Floats and pool toys do NOT prevent drowning.

This pool does NOT have a four-sided isolation fence – added supervision is required.

Never swim alone.

No glass, alcohol, or drugs near the pool.

Know the location of safety features (steps, depth, cover).

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:

Call 999 and ask for the ambulance

Start CPR (30 compressions, 2 breaths)

*A fully refundable security deposit of £250 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.

* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.

There is a driveway at the property with free off road parking.
