The kitchen is a well designed space that is fully equipped with the daily essentials. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a dining table in the open plan kitchen with space for 6 guests.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
The main bathroom is on the first floor and provides a bath, shower toilet and sink.

The second bathroom is an en suite attached to bedroom 1 on the 1st floor and has a Stand up shower, a toilet and sink.

There is also a WC on the ground floor with a toilet and a sink.

Taxi - We recommend using Uber, which operates throughout Nottingham.

*A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.

* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.

There is off road parking for 2 cars - guests can park in any available space.
